Your Gifts at Work

Thanks to the incredible generosity and devotion of our alumni, parents, trustees, and community of friends, we continue to grow our campus and improve facilities.

Our Common Purpose

Our founders wanted to move the world forward through the education of high school students. We are committed to continuing that vision. This is our common purpose.

Transforming Lives For 70 Years

Please help Besant Hill School of Happy Valley continue our mission by supporting the completion of the Doornink Grove faculty/student housing project.

Happy Birthday, Happy Valley!

On October 1, 1946, with ten students, three teachers, and three dogs, the Happy Valley School was born. On that day, our school had a courageous vision which included experiential learning, small classes, Socratic teaching, and living in a community of respect, while teaching students how to think, not what to think.

Seventy years of transforming lives.

Our wonderful journey as a school has been full of peaks and valleys, and getting to this 70th year has only been possible because of YOUR generosity. The devotion of our alumni, parents, trustees, and community of friends to our founders’ vision has transformed our school from its modest beginnings into the educational community that our students call home today.

We can’t do it without YOU!

To continue achieving our goals we have to be resolute in our common purpose together: the unwavering commitment to the mission and vision of our school. Our founders wanted to move the world forward through the education of high school students. We are committed to continuing that vision.

Please join us in this noble pursuit!
